Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer the following returns policy:
Free Returns within 30 Days: If the item is unopened and in its original condition, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. No return fees will be charged for these returns. You will be sent a return label to print and attach to the parcel.
Damaged Items: If an item is damaged by the customer, the refund amount may reflect the damage to the product. We encourage you to handle items carefully to ensure their condition remains as intended. If the item arrives to you damaged then we will either replace the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund.
After 30 Days: If you wish to return an item after 30 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exempt Items: Some items may be exempt from returns, but they can still be returned if they arrive damaged or if the incorrect item is received. Please contact us immediately if either of these issues occurs.
